Mr. Varona graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then attended law school at the Florida State University College of Law.
During law school, Mr. Varona was elected as a member of the Florida Bar Young Lawyer Division Board of Student Governors. He successfully organized several events which ranged from assisting underprivileged families to providing guidance on balancing life and a legal career. Additionally, Mr. Varona participated in several committees within the Real Property Probate Trust Law Section of the Florida bar, including A.R.T. (Artificial Reproductive Technology) and the impact on inheritance, and the F.A.D.A.A., (Fiduciary Access to Digital Access Act) where he explored the future of digital assets.
Upon graduation, Mr. Varona became staff attorney to Judge Maria M. Korvick where he was able to successfully assist in different areas of Trust, Estate and Guardianship related matters. Mr. Varona continues to focus his practice on Trust and Estate litigation.
